Scott Bagshaw was born in Montreal, and grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After earning his BA from the University of Winnipeg, he traveled across Europe, eventually tarrying in his ancestral home of England. Drawing on years of kitchen experience already accrued, and inspired by the increasingly dynamic role of the modern chef, Scott had “Chef For Life” tattooed on his forearm and hasn’t looked back since.
